Cannot Open Ticket

When I fill all the details and and Click on Submit Ticket button then nothing happens and I have tried 2 different browsers but the problem remains there. I have just installed the new copy of osticket

Yes, it is. :) You can get (professional support), if you like. That siad, it worked fine for me. - You should see a ticket from me. It opened fine and sent the ticket alert.
