Has anyone been able to get the 1.6 to auto assign tickets based on topic?
We don't use email based tickets. I tried following Masino's mod, but it asks that something be changed that don't exist in the latest release.
If you have been able to have tickets be assigned to a specific user based solely on the topic select, please tell me how!
I have broken and restored my OSTicket a hundred times (ok, dozens) trying to get this to work.
Has anyone actually got it working? Maybe it will be in 1.7? for that matter, what is coming in 1.7?
