I'm currently thinking about taking a stab at reporting. What kind of reporting would you be interested in?
It should be fairly straight forward since it's all in a MySQL database.
Total tickets
Tickets open
Tickets closed
Tickets answered
Total count of tickets assigned to staff
Total count of tickets assigned to department
Count of tickets closed by staff
Count of tickets closed by department
Speed of initial response
Length of time between ticket creation and (last) time it was closed/resolved.
Count of tickets by customer/user
Count of tickets created by staff
Count of tickets created by customer via email
Count of tickets created by customer via GUI
uh..... that should be a good start anyway ;)
