Could you check the database and see if the ticket information is being stored correctly?

Thanks for your reply.
I'd checked the tables where I can see that ticket details are registered in the table - ost_ticket but not registered any details in the table - ost_ticket_message for that particular problem mails even searched by ticket_id, ticketID etc.. It's not registered.
