Message Content Not Displayed - Ticket Thread

Hi All,

I'm facing the problem in the Osticket system where sometimes message contents (texts) aren't displaying in the ticket thread which has been riased by the customers even not able to reply those kind of tickets in the ticket system.

Please update me to resolve this issue. Thanks for your help

Could you check the database and see if the ticket information is being stored correctly?

popup login failure

Dear All,

We have OSticket and running for quit for some time., suddenly we are receiving popup login failure messages, even though the same userid and password is working directly with goingto mail pop site.

Thanks for your reply.

I'd checked the tables where I can see that ticket details are registered in the table - ost_ticket but not registered any details in the table - ost_ticket_message for that particular problem mails even searched by ticket_id, ticketID etc.. It's not registered.

Hmm... interesting. Do you happen to know if these are mail tickets or web tickets, or a mix? What's the ticket source listed as?

Having this issue from only one customer where they've using own mail server which was configured in the outlook and sending mail (creating ticket) to us.
