how to add new field checkbox or radio?

Hi,

Actually I checked other threads regarding this but I always face problem I already done this:

the text field (Product Key) is working fine but the checkbox when customer checked for example (Application 1, Application 2) it's not showing anything in \include\client\viewticket.inc.php or in \include\staff\viewticket.inc.php why??

also in future I want to do (, radio button, checkbox,) in /include/client/open.inc.php what exactly should I do?

and I have one question why in admin panel there is not option for adding new fields for make it easy in future to add new fields (text, checkbox, radio button, drop down menu...etc) to include/client/open.inc.php

Dears I already checked the link above again and there is one problem only in the following:

Sys:('Overlimit Notice',$msg);

}

it's should be after:

Sys:('Overlimit Notice',$msg);

}

I hope who typed thread in above link correct this code.

the things now I can not created are (drop down menu and radio button) and how make it required.

please help..
