Hi again everybody,
can anybody help me regarding my issue??
I already created 2 templates (one English and other language) and I want staff can change the template before reply and also make it required.
for example in /include/staff/viewticket.inc.php:
below Canned Response
add Default Email Templates and drop down menu with all templates
after that save changes button or without if you can do it direct with post reply button.
I am sorry for my bad english but if there is anybody help me I will be happy :)
