I believe this would create a security problem because the Ticket # is part of how the user logs in to see their tickets (ie, they log in with their email and any one of multiple ticket #'s that have been assigned to them, assuming they have created more than one ticket). If you display the ticket # after creating a new ticket then anyone who knows someone's e-mail address will be able to create a new ticket using that person's e-mail and then with the new ticket # and the e-mail address login to osTicket and see all of the other user's tickets.
