I guess this is more of a Sendmail issue but I'm hoping someone else has had the same problem.
I'm running osTicket-1.6 and using sendmail. I've enabled email piping and created an alias in /etc/aliases (Fedora):
ost-support: "|/var/www/html/ost/api/pipe.php"
When I try sending an email to ost-support@mydomain.com I get an entry in /var/log/maillog:
Feb 17 14 www sendmail: p1HLVRMh011946: ... User unknown
and the originating email (gmail user) that sent it receives a bounce notice:

I'm assuming it's something with my sendmail setup. Any help would be appreciated.
