We just installed OSTicket and most everything seems to be working. The problem we're having now is that when we reply to a open ticket via email it created an entry but shows up blank. Any ideas?
I should also mention that I am using imap fetch in order to get the emails. We use Firstclass mail server which is not capable of email piping. Using pop, it will add an entry but duplicates the text x2 in every entry made.
I ran into same problem with firstclass server, fixed it by moving OSTicket out of VMware. I notice it read both sender and subject, timeout after that.
