Department's EMail and Department manager

Hi,

I would like to receive the New Ticket Alert in the department's E-Mail, How can i do that?

And another question. In the configuration, Alerts & Notices, Wich is the difference between 'Departmen manager' and 'Departmen Members'? I don't know how make an staff member like a Department manager

I already got the answer

the 'department manager' is asigned into the department configuration, there is a list box with the staff members inside.

And the other question... i think the email department is only to send emailsn :(
