We had crash of current osticket so restored vm imag and restored from last backup. so we completely recovered to back where we left, but new problem showing up.
When we creat tickt on osticket system thru console, it sends out email to staff and user. If any one responds the email, it creates another ticket.
1. ticket numbr is always in subject
2. reply is sending mail and ostickt (pop up) is configured, so it is accessing the replies, but determining as new ticket.
Please help us with any suggession.
