I'm new to OSticket and got a new install working. While setting up staff member I noticed I can only assign a staff member to one group and one dept. I want to be able to assign a staff member to belong to more than one group and dept. The group & dept drop down box only allows for one selection. Appreciate any comments/suggestions!
