Hello, I have setup osTicket 1.6 on Ubuntu and everything seems to be working like it should except email. I have tried to read up on all of the instructions I could find, but I am still unable to get it working. All I mainly want is for an email to be sent to Staff members when they get assigned to tickets. The following is my current settings:
Outgoing Emails: ssl://smtp.gmail.com
Port: 465
When I submit this with my username and password it does not give an error. I hope I am just missing something easy, and I would like to add that I am NEW to Ubuntu and NEW to using osTicket.
