I want to change the order of the "topics" that I have set up for people to choose when they open a new ticket.
I have searched the forum for the answer and the closest I have come to the answer is:

But I don't really want to have to mess around with php stuff. is there not a way I can do this from my admin panel? I would have thought this was something that would be easy to change and would be standard.
