Warning: newbie, first posting.
Installed and testing osTicket. I've noticed that we don't get a ticket alert immediately when tickets are raised via email - i.e. email sent to support@. When someone logs in, osticket seems to check email, download new emails and generate the ticket - and sends ticket alerts to the defined group.
How do I get osticket do download emails on a regular basis? The support account is a Google Apps IMAP account - will it help to use POP instead? I suppose not.
Any input would be much appreciated.
