I have managed to get the upload box to appear, although not the correct way, I just delted the PHP from around the form input box in open.inc.php
The problem is that it still is not uploading anything. The tickets get submitted fine but not any files that I select to upload and the files are also not appearing in the filder on the server.
In settings I have set up to allow attachments as well as setting up the uploads folder and making sure that it is writable but still no luck.
