Hi ,
I'm using Osticket latest version . It is possible for customer to raise ticket via eMail and ticket has been created in OSticket .But,If we respond back for ticket via eMail then it is getting updated in Osticket.
Customer@mailID ----> support@mailID (Ticket raised in Osticket )
Customer@mailID
Is this feature available ??
If it is , plz eloborate settings.
