Hi. Sorry if this has been asked before. I searched the forum and cant seem to find it.
I've implemented report functionality described (here) and it works well.
I cant imagine that no one has asked for this yet, but I need to show what kinds of tickets I'm receiving... For example, 50 Billing, 120 Email, etc.
Is there a mod that can just show me simple results that maybe i can export or something? Thanks!
