Hi guys.
I'm investigating the possibility of using this wonderful application to manage contacts for a couple of web sites we run. We're an Insurance Broker and I'm looking for something we can use to manage customer queries.
I've installed osTicket without any hiccups, however i've sent a couple of tickets in (using the webform) and the replies (thanking the customer for their enquiry) go straight to Gmail's and Hotmail's junk folders.
The emails are coming from support@mydomain.co.uk.
Are there any settings I can change to make sure they aren't classed as SPAM?
(I'm not using an SMTP server at present, just the PHP mail function)
