After a few days test, I can successfully use the OsTicket to fetch the mail from my pop3 server and create tickets automatically, but I have a big problem, all the email will be created to tickets, even spam mails.

It is also a problem that if I do not delete the mail, the OsTicket will create multiple tickets for only one email, we can’t use osticket to delete the mails because it can’t fetch the attachment, right?

All the things can be resolved easily by adding a manually approved feature and I think it is really useful for most of users.

Could you tell me if you like and when I will get this feature?

You could use something like spamassassin and have your email account delete messages marked as spam.

Also, in your email settings in osticket, make sure you have 'delete messages from server' checked.

Just as I mentioned before, 'delete messages from server' will be some dangerous because it seems the osticket can't fatch the attachment?

and the spamassassin is not enough because there are too many spam mail looks as normal (with some known address or random address), it can't be distinguished without human.

Basically, you are saying that only a human can determine what is SPAM. So what do you expect osTicket to do?

In your case, you might consider putting and autoresponder on your email directing people to manually enter a ticket if they are human.
