I have a problem with sending e-mail.
I created Departments IT and created a three members who belong to a User Group: it-problem and Department: problem-it.
If I create a ticket and choose the type of it-the problem of e-mail only comes to Adminsitrator.
If I add Dep Manager: UserName e-mail comes to the Administrator and UserName.
How to do that for all three members of the group ip-problem came the e-mail.
