Probelm with the notice

Hi,

I have a problem with sending e-mail.

I created Departments IT and created a three members who belong to a User Group: it-problem and Department: problem-it.

If I create a ticket and choose the type of it-the problem of e-mail only comes to Adminsitrator.

If I add Dep Manager: UserName e-mail comes to the Administrator and UserName.

How to do that for all three members of the group ip-problem came the e-mail.

In admin panel > settings, you can choose to send alerts to all department members. Then, anyone in that department will get the particular laert which you have set.

Currently, users can only belong to one department.

However, you can create user groups which can have access to multiple departments.

At the bottom of the Settings screen is an "Alerts & Notices" section. There are check boxes there for 'Department Members,' for the various types of alerts.
