Error Posting Internal Notes

Hi, I'm having a problem posting internal notes on tickets, either by a user or by the system:

System trying to post a internal note:

Duplicate entry '34294' for key 'PRIMARY' 10.0.0.143

A User trying to post an internal note:

Duplicate entry '34294' for key 'PRIMARY' 10.0.0.177

OSticket is trying to insert every time the same Primary key “34294”.

I got those errors from the system logs.

I’ll appreciate any help.

osTicket doesn't even try to pass an ID upon creation, so MySQL should be handling that. My guess is that you have a corrupted database table and your auto_increment value isn't being updated properly by MySQL.
