Dear community,
I have a fully configured osticket system and I was at the final stage of it.
Everything went fine and ok, all emails going ok.
But then this happened.
I wanted to make a final test ticket and it resulted with eMail mismatch.
the user; ****@****.local is been verified as valid email, it worked before.. why shouldnt it work now.
What I have tried;
- Clear cache
- Clear cookies
- Log-out all exisiting sessions
- Logout scp
System info;
- OSTicket installed on Linux
- Windows 7 is trying to make the ticket with *****@****.local
- OSTicket 1.6
- Internet Explorer 8
Still so far no success,
Hope someone can help me out, its urgent and has to be fixed on monday :)
