The copyright is misplaced.

Looks like you're running either an old version of osTicket with a messed up stylesheet, or a new version with an old stylesheet. The look of the login form has changed a lot from what that's... well, supposed to look like.

I'm on the last I think (ST v1.6) yes, but I have a style sheet for the French (well just a part is in French)

Can I change the look of this page? Down the copyright? Or does there need a new multilanguage version?

You should be able to use the new login.css or edit the markup for the page (provided the form isn't modified) without issue.
