How to put premade replies in a logical order???

Does anyone know of a way to put the premade replies in an order other than how the system does it. I've got something like 30 premade replies that are on different subjects and they are all so randomly spread out I'm having a hard time finding the one I need and then I am constantly adding more.

Are you talking about when you are actually replying to the ticket and using the drop down list thats been populated with the premade replies you've already created?

Is this what you're looking for? I found out how to sort the pre-made replies alphabetically.

(I prefix the titles of my premade replies with things like "Billing" or "Technical"... so then the alphabetization helps a lot.)
