So I got the fetching to work, well from what it seems to be fetching.
I've sent e-mails to the account 5 minutes later they are gone so it seems osTicket is sending the e-mails but I don't get a reply back message and a new ticket doesn't seem to be appearing in the ticket section either.
I've set the admin settings to do pop3/imap collection, I'm sure there's a simple mistake i'm missing on this to get this working so if anyone could give me some advice about that, it would be great, thanks.

Solved the problem, we had a mailfetcher in general getting mail and it was getting mail for the support email as well so osticket never had a chance of getting the mail itself.
I disabled that and I was able to start getting that sorted out so all is well any mods if they can close this task that would be great.
