Ticket Numbers Don't Print

When trying to print a list of jobs, the job number doesn't print for every line.

I noticed that only lines that have an icon before the ticket number, will print. And it appears only the "telephone" and "email" icons ever appear; I don't know why the "walk in" doesn't appear, and then I added another "source" called "Staff;" which all works good. I can see why "Staff" might not work, but not the others.

I have looked at the code, searched for mods, and still have no answer for this.

Any ideas?

When you say the icons don't appear, do you mean they don't appear when you print them or they aren't there at all? Is it possible that the image files have been corrupted? Try uploading them again.

Icons in the ticket list won't print unless your browser is set to print background images.

As for the ticket numbers not appearing... not sure. :/ I can't ran into this, so I'm thinking it may still have something to do with your print preferences.

They don't show at all. I had checked the files, but I've made a couple of changes since, so I need to check them again.

Quick question: If you do a print preview is everything there in the preview?

No, they don't show in the preview, either. Neither the icons nor the ticket number.

I'm thinking the two are related; meaning that there is a glitch that is not completing the column entry and so the system doesn't know there's something to print - sees it as a blank rather than having data.

I checked the icon files and they load fine into GIMP and the browser, so I'm sure they're not corrupt.

So I'm thinking I need to go look at the code a little closer.

Just did some quick checking.

I had added two "source" types: "Walk-In" and "Staff." With a little bit of trickery with main.css, to direct those two sources at the "Other" icon, then copied the "Other" icon to "Walk-In" and "Staff" icons, I can get the icons to show in the table, but they still will not print.

I then tried changing the source for a few of the tickets, and the icons appeared as expected, and they also print.

So it appears it is a coding issue, I just need to figure out what the differences are and mirror the "source" icon code to recognize the "source" mods.
