Hello,
I used to work for a company that used Support Suite as a ticket system. Support Suite had a way to setup ticket filters that would show up as a menu on the left side of the screen for easy access to view only certain tickets such as open, closed, unassigned. Is there a mod out there right now that will add this feature to osTicket? If so could somebody post a link to it?
