Moving Source from one place to another

Hi Group,

I am using latest version of osticket-1.6.0.

I have install osticket on one of my domain server. Now i am shifted whole server to another place. So for that i have to shifted osticket also.

For that i did below mention changes.

1) Copy database from old location to new location

2) Copy osticket folder from old location to new location

3) In troubleticket/include folder i have change ost-config file and change new databaes details.

After doing above three steps also i am getting following error:

Fatal Error: Contact system adminstrator.

And

after enabling error from main.inc i am getting below error:

Notice: Undefined index: HTTPS in /homepages/13/d354923568/htdocs/ovs/ovsticketing/troubleticket/include/class.misc.php on line 87

Notice: Undefined variable: dblink in /homepages/13/d354923568/htdocs/ovs/ovsticketing/troubleticket/include/mysql.php on line 27

Notice: Undefined variable: dblink in /homepages/13/d354923568/htdocs/ovs/ovsticketing/troubleticket/include/mysql.php on line 30

Notice: Undefined variable: dblink in /homepages/13/d354923568/htdocs/ovs/ovsticketing/troubleticket/include/mysql.php on line 34

Fatal Error: Contact system adminstrator.

Am i missing anything...

Please guide.

The undefined index, you can ignore.

The undefined variable, try opening include/mysql.php and changing all instances of $$dblink to $dblink

After changing database setting now its connecting.

But giving below errors...

Turn error reporting back off. :) Undefined index just means that the script is looking for an array index that doesn't yet exist - which is something PHP allows, but does throw a warning about.

The error reporting in your main.inc.php file should be as follows:

error_reporting(E_ALL ^ E_NOTICE);

ini_set('display_errors',0);

ini_set('display_startup_errors',0);
