Hey guys,
I just finished installing the osTicket on my production server, but its timestamp on tickets are in correct. We placed a ticket in the system at 10 roughly and the timestamp on the ticket was set at 3 AM. I checked the webservers date/time settings and it is correct. MySQL is set to match the systems clock. The configuration of the osTicket system is also configured correctly. The demo next to the configuration is also entering the correct time. Thanks in advance.
