Hi all from sunny Malta :-)
I have a fresh installation of osTicket and am trying to set up the e-mail fetching feature, whereby emails sent to support@mydomain.com would be automatically brought into osTicket for assignment and processing.
So, on the Admin Panel, Emails, Mail account section I put in the following settings:
host.server
port
protocol
(took the defaults for the rest)
Simple enough, and I also know these settings work from, say, Outlook.
I sent a test email towards this support email address, but two hours later it still has not been picked up by osTicket.
Any ideas what I'm missing or what I may be doing wrong?
