Assigned tickets showing up on OPEN Queue

So,

Im having an issue where ASSIGNED tickets show up on the open queue, even though I have the check box unselected to "Show assigned tickets on open queue". Can someone point me to the code segment where I would need to review where to fix this? I have installed the following mods:

1. Print Ticket

2. add an ASSIGNED TO Column

3. Ticket Age (replacing the create date).

Admins see all tickets, assigned or not. If you have an admin account, you're going to see everything. Staff level accounts don't see assigned tickets unless that checkbox is checked.

I created a STAFF account and logged into it. It still is showing ASSIGNED tickets on the OPEN queue, even tho the check box is not selected...

Same Issue

Same issue here. Show assigned tickets on open queue is unselected in Settings | System Preferences and Settings | Ticket Options & Settings. All Staff level employees are still seeing assigned tickets in the open queue.
