OSTicket isn't downloading emails with attachments that have a space in the filename. Bug, feature, anyone seen this before?
Files with spaces in the name can be uploaded through the web interface just fine, and OSTicket will download emails that don't have a space in the attachment name. Put a space in the filename, and that email just sits on the mail server, apparently as invisible to OSTicket as a 45-year-old man to a 20-year-old girl.
