The Wiki is a good start for a basic overview but Since I am not a programmer I have no idea what some of the things I have to make a decision on should be or what to do.
Some of the fields in email have Os Ticket admin or things like that, but maybe they should be changed to my sites admin, maybe not depending if they are required for the software to run.
This software looks awesome, no doubt about it, but for someone setting up their first ticket system, I need help. The forum will take forever to get each line answered.
I will see if anyone on the forum will do a basic setup for me on the server so I can get on with setting up of the email forums.
