Is there a manual?

Is there a step by step manual for OS Ticket which explains more in detail for a novice like me?

I do not understand much of what is being asked in all the areas.

I loaded OS Ticket through Hostgator my web hosting site, then I logged in to OS Ticket fine.

But things like setting up email really is above my level of knowledge.

I just need something that serves one site, with one email etc. Yet there are a lot of things it asks for.

And where is the link to put on my website etc. so a person can put in a ticket?

You may find additional help on the Wiki http://osticket.com/wiki(http://osticket.com/wiki) - Documentation is a little sparse at this point (it's something we'll be improving upon in the future), so if you have any specific questions, feel free to ask.

The Wiki is a good start for a basic overview but Since I am not a programmer I have no idea what some of the things I have to make a decision on should be or what to do.

Some of the fields in email have Os Ticket admin or things like that, but maybe they should be changed to my sites admin, maybe not depending if they are required for the software to run.

This software looks awesome, no doubt about it, but for someone setting up their first ticket system, I need help. The forum will take forever to get each line answered.

I will see if anyone on the forum will do a basic setup for me on the server so I can get on with setting up of the email forums.
