Hello. We have multiple email addresses (aliases) that go into one inbox. For example bizdev@, help@, webmaster@ all go into a general help email account.
I am unclear on how to configure osTicket to log into the the IMAP account and put these emails into different departments based on who the emails were addressed to.
Any suggestions?
