Some of our customers have ansupport contract bought in hours/days of time. Now some of these may be a 30 min phon call here and there but we still want to track how much time we have spent on each customer so if they go over their quota I can feed them to a sales man.
Basically I want to have a resettable field that shows how much time in total was spent by our staff on a problem.
Any one got any ideas how to do this or is it in osticket and I am blind.
