I didn't find these 2 feature requests when doing a search so if they already exists please just add my vote for them.

1) On the main page in the Tickets tab there are 4 selections Open(n) Answered(n) Closed Tickets and New Ticket. I would like to see an additional selection for "Asigned(n)". When clicked it would show all the open tickets currently assigned to the logged in user (me).

2) A preference for each staff person for the sort column and sort order of the shown tickets.

2A) Good. The sort column and order can be general and work for all display options, Open, Answered, Closed, etc.

2B) Better. The sort order can be set differently for each list. Personally, I want the open ones to be sorted by date/time with the most recent on the top and the Answered (and Assigned - see #1) ones to be shown by priority, highest at the top.

Whenever you have assigned tickets, a "My Tickets" link becomes available, between Closed Tickets and New Ticket.

You can already click column headers to sort, but yes, currently there is no way to save those sort preferences.
