I would like to configure osticket with a distant sql base. I have tried to enter my ip wan in "MySQL Hostname" but there is a connection error.
Someone has an idea to solve this problem?

I've done this in the past and haven't had any problems. Are you certain your remote SQL server is set to allow connections from your server IP?
