can't create attachments folder

I have tried more than 10 different variations of folders and folder paths and nothing ever works. This is unbelievably frustrating. Not being able to set up an attachments folder makes this ticket system totally unusable.

I've seen plenty of OS systems that are able to read folders instantly, so it seems like this has to be a bug.

Finally solved!

After digging through various screens in my host companies control panel I finally found the HTML directory name for the server:

/hsphere/local/home/username/mysite.com/updates/files

In case OST developers happen to read this post, I suggest you add some code to read the directory path off the server so we don't have to dig around trying to figure out what the path is. Joomla does it, so I'm sure OST can too.
