sorry i dont know how to ask this question. any help would be highly appreciated.
i installed ostickets and everything going good. the problem coming in the 3rd step
step 1 - client create the ticket
step 2 - staff answer to that question
step 3 - when staff answer the question the client get an email and if he reply to that email those messages are not showing up in the ticket system.
how can see these messages in the ticket also ? i searched a bit but i dont understand much. is this called email piping ? or what should i do to get this configuration.. pls help...
