my first post.
So my problem was, that the attachments shown in the raw data in outgoing mails.
The problem was, that i have sending out emails with the internal php mail function. So if i use a smtp server to send emails, there are no problems with attachments and the client can open normaly the attachment in the mail.
I hope it will help all other with the same problem.
