Hi,
I installed the OsTicket to one of my client. It is working fine. But I am stuck in Staff panel.
After logged in as Staff, I am not able to create a new ticket. I filled the form, after submit it, it says "Unable to create the ticket. Correct the error(s) and try again" at top. Please refer attached screen shot for your reference. I did not missed any mandatory fields in the form. Also all the privileges are set to that staff. I am not sure what I missed in the setting.
Please any one suggest me to fix this issue.
