can not receive mail and send mail

i am new to osticket , and face some problem whith setting,,

i have a mail. and want it auto send mail, and receive mail....

i got the login account and password, what else i need to know?

and , how can i get the mail receive mail, and send mail.

what is port? and what is SMTP

If you're unsure of your server settings (mail server address, port, etc.) then you'll need to obtain that information from your web host.

Most likely it's mail.lelo.com port 25 for SMTP and 110 for POP3.
