I would like to add a column in the tickets lister page so that I can see who the ticket is assigned to. I am knowledgable enough with PHP & CSS not to break it, but not really good at working my way through the SQL piece to determine what database fields are being pulled. I can't imagine this being to difficult since the data is captured on the ticket record any way. Any thoughts on how to do accomplish this?
