After click button "install", I get a blank page

Hi,

I can access the page http://www.yourdomain.com/support/setup/install.php(http://www.yourdomain.com/support/setup/install.php), but after I enter the information and click the button "install", I got a blank page. Is anyone face the same problem? Any answer will be appreciated.
