We have been running osTicket with no problems for over 2 years, when suddenly we now try to click a premade reply on a ticket (we have over 20 replies setup) it just fills in the box with: -

Or other similar html, if I go into premade replies I can still see all the information there, just when clicking one a reply from the dropdown it loads the above - what should I do?
