Two Warning errors upon running Setup.php

got these two errors upon running setup.php

talking of no directory though i uploaded what i was told to. the entire Upload folder of the download. also changed the ost-config.php name

tried to setup anyway and it all worked till coming to log into the admin panel it just goes bck to login after filling in the username and password...

let down...

EDIT: when i log into the admin with a in-correct username or password it comes up as incorrect login but if i login correctly it does nothing just restarts the login...

It's a PHP misconfiguration. Your session save path is not defined properly.

ok im sure to someone with php knowledge that would be super helpful however for myself im a complete louse with this stuff i just want it to work thats it, dont want to be messing with things...

If you're not managing your own server, you could contact your hosting provider and tell them what's wrong (the php session save path is invalid) and they should be able to either fix it or give you instructions specifically for your hosting configuration.
