Info: Using ostickets with email piping.
Many customers still did not understand, that they need to reply
on E-Mails with exactly the same subject.
Most customers change the subject, but it is still the same problem...
My Question is:
How can I move a new ticket into an existing ticket?
So lets say, ticket number 12345 already exists.
Now, I receive a question (asked by e-Mail)
with a new subject in the subjectline,
but still a question to the existing ticket 12345
how can I "move" the new ticket (lets say its number would be 98765)
into the existing ticket with the number 12345 where it should really
be located in as a part of the conversation?
