Email Fetching Problem

Dear All,

I m using Osticket portal since last three months.

its working fine before but since last ten days I have got following error

"Unable to fetch 'assigned' alert template #0 " .Due to this I am not able get

email of new issued tickets and mail alert after changes.

can any one suggest why this happend.

Looks like your database table containing email templates might have become damaged/corrupted. Try repairing it.
