requirements for installation and use of memory and hard disk

Hi!

The annoying with a small problem I have ...

I have to perform an installation of this very good application, but I consult on their machine requirements, I mean how much memory used per user, and how is the hard disk usage per user, someone has some real event that I comment? The idea is that I say, look at my machine is this and I have so many users ... so I can relate to my reality.

Almost negligible.

osTicket takes up about 1.5mb of disk space, and of course you'll need room for attachments if you want to accept them, but how much room is really up to you.

Memory usage is very small and shouldn't be an issue. The only exception I can see to this might be handling extremely large attachments, but that's true of any web app that accepts uploaded files, and even then it will stay within whatever your defined limits for PHP applications is set to, so it should never become an issue in terms of overall server performance if PHP is properly configured.
